I love tomatoes, they are the food I could not live without, I eat them daily, at any meal, and during this period I am in the 9th heaven because they are the tastiest! I leave here the link with the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details. You need: 4 medium tomatoes a capsicum pepper an onion a few cloves of garlic salt pepper olive oil fresh basil 100 ml cooking cream / coconut milk (or you can consume it simple) garnish with a teaspoon of pesto and fresh basil   I recommend serving it with a cheese / cheese sandwich. For this we need: bread (I used wand) a cube of butter cheese / mozzarella   We take these wonderful vegetables, wash them well, peel the onion, cut it into 4 and throw it in the pan. Put the tomatoes, peppers and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste, massage them with olive oil and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. the oven should be preheated. When they are ready, we take out the skin of the peppers, I kept it for the tomatoes and we put everything in the blender. we put the cooking cream / coconut milk and if you want it more fluid you can add vegetables stock (but I tell you it's wonderful). We decorate it to taste...

Focaccia (the easiest recipe)

Freshly returned from Italy, I couldn't help but come to you with a specific recipe. Today we make together the easiest Focaccia recipe. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 4 cups flour 7 g of dry yeast olive oil salt to taste 2 cups of lukewarm water These are the ingredients for the dough. Over this we can add whatever toppings we want: I used olives, bell pepper, parsley, oregano. Mix the flour with the salt and yeast. Add lukewarm water and mix well. When we get the dough, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and incorporate them. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place and let rise for at least an hour (it should double your volume). Grease a pan with oil. We put it in the pan, grease it with oil and wait another 30 minutes. In the meantime we can prepare the toppings. When it is ready to bake, we decorate it as we like. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Preheat the oven. Good appetite! If you like the recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel!
