We will need: 250 g of ricotta 30 g of parmesan 60 g of breadcrumbs a pinch of salt a pepper powder a few fresh basil leaves an egg a tablespoon of olive oil 5 cloves of garlic 300 ml tomato sauce a wand 30 g of butter garlic powder 3 cloves of garlic   In a bowl mix: ricotta, parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chopped basil leaves.
