Quiche with Spinach and Mushrooms

I love this recipe! The easy option for an extremely delicious Breakfast or Bruch! If you have friends visiting, believe me it's the perfect recipe to pamper your friends. Let's make Quiche with Spinach and Mushrooms together!       For the Dough we will need: 200 g flour 90 g cold butter 2-3 tablespoons of cold water 1 teaspoon salt an egg yolk     Filling: an onion 250 g mushrooms 200 g spinach 3 eggs 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 250 g cheese (of which you want)     First we make the dough. Mix the flour with the salt. Add cold butter and egg yolk. We will get a crumbly dough. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. After we get the dough, let it cool for 30 minutes. Then we spread it out and put it in the tray. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees (preheat the oven). You can put beans on it to make sure it doesn't grow.   Meanwhile, fry the onion with the mushrooms and spinach in a pan. We beat the eggs with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I didn't add salt because I used a salted cheese. After removing the dough from the oven, add the mushrooms and spinach, cheese and eggs. Stir lightly directly into the pan and you're done! Galette with Chocolate and Strawberries

  Whether it's still strawberry season or there are always a few in the freezer, I suggest we make this tart together! Super delicious and very quick to prepare! If you want to surprise your loved ones with something good, this is the right recipe!             For two Galettes you need:   200 g flour 30 g cocoa 90 g cold butter 3 tablespoons cold water 200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen) 100 g raspberries (fresh or frozen) 30 g sugar 200 g chocolate (dark / milk) an egg for anointing a tablespoon of cornstarch if we use frozen fruit     Mix the flour with the cocoa, cold butter, water and a tablespoon of sugar. We get a dough that we leave cold for 30 minutes.   If we use frozen fruits, we mix them with cornstarch, but first we drain them well of the juice. We cut the chocolate into pieces. Remove the dough from the cold, cut it in half and give it a circular shape. Base on chocolate, add fruit. We bend the edges. Grease them with egg and sprinkle sugar on the edges and fruits.   Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish to taste and enjoy! Good appetite! Salmon in white sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach

An extremely delicious and fast romantic dinner! This week I suggest you make Salmon together in white sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and fresh basil. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.   You need: 2 pieces of salmon 200 g of frozen / fresh spinach 150 g of dry wheels 200 ml cooking cream 3-4 cloves of garlic a white onion fresh basil 30 g of parmesan 300 ml of dry / semi-dry white wine salt pepper olive oil     Season the salmon pieces, grease them with olive oil and let them rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, put them in the pan and fry on one side and on the other. Then we put it aside. Put a little olive oil in the same pan and add the chopped onion. We let it harden. After it hardens, add the garlic and wine. Let the onions boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the cooking cream. Add the spinach, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and toss them in the pan. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   You need: 200 g of dark chocolate 150 ml liquid cream 400 g cream cheese 200 powdered sugar 40 g of starch 3 eggs a pinch of salt For decoration you need: a milk chocolate 100 ml liquid cream chocolate eggs and / or candies   Melt the dark chocolate. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar with the mixer. Add salt powder. Add one egg at a time, the starch and the liquid cream. After the chocolate has melted, incorporate it into the cream cheese. Put in the form and put in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Mini Pavlova with cream and fresh fruit (Birthday recipe, an extremely delicious dessert)

Today marks one year since I posted the first recipe on the Youtube channel. Because I want to celebrate with you, I prepared these extremely delicious Mini Pavlova. I sincerely hope you like the recipe and enjoy many years today before delicious recipes.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details:   For 6 servings you need: 110 g of egg white 220 g of powdered sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons vinegar (apple / wine) a drop of vanilla essence (optional) 300 g of cream with 30% fat 3 tablespoons powdered sugar (to sweeten the cream, but the amount may vary depending on taste) fruit for garnish   Whisk the egg whites, gradually adding the powdered sugar. After obtaining a glossy foam, add the vinegar, the corn starch and a drop of vanilla essence. After all the ingredients are well incorporated, we give a round shape, slightly flattened in the middle where the cream will come. Bake for 1h 30 at 110 degrees. Preheat the oven.
