Sweet Potato Curry with Coconut Milk

  Hello, dear ones. No more Holidays and holiday vlogs, we start cooking again! This week I suggest you cook together Curry with Sweet Potatoes and Coconut Milk. It may sound pretentious, but it's extremely easy to make and most of all, it's super delicious. It's that dish you can't stop eating even if you feel like snapping. Here is the video with the recipe, and below I write all the details.   We will need: 250 grams of white rice 400 grams of boiled peas (I used canned ones) a medium cauliflower an onion 3 sweet potatoes 300 ml of tomato sauce 400 ml of coconut milk (canned) 4 teaspoons curry 4 cloves of garlic a teaspoon of chopped ginger a teaspoon of hot paprika salt a teaspoon of paprika oil 100 ml of water   First, we put the rice to boil. To a cup of rice, we put a cup of water. We leave it to boil as long as it needs and we will use it only at the end.   Heat the oil in the pan. I used a teaspoon of oil. Ioana Ginghină, I am convinced that you all know her and that you read her posts on  http://ioanaginghina.ro/  Today we will make Raw Vegan Cake together. It sounds pretentious, but it is very easy to do and not expensive at all. It's sugar-free and flour-free, so it's super healthy and nutritious. It is a refreshing dessert, straight from the freezer. Here is the video with the recipe explained and with all the discussion I had with Ioana, and below you have the written recipe.   Hello dear ones!   This week, on Wednesday's recipe, I suggest you make Pasta with Shrimp and white sauce. You already know how much I love pasta, until some time ago I was afraid to cook pasta with white sauce, I lived with the impression that it is something very complicated, until I discovered this extremely easy and delicious recipe!   Pasta ready in 10 minutes?!   Yes, it's possible.   Here is the recipe filmed and explained, and written below.         We will need:   250 grams of Tagliatelle 300 ml of Cooking Cream with 32% fat 100 ml of semi-dry white wine Salt pepper oil 250 grams Shrimp 4 cloves of garlic Parmesan.   First we boil the water, add a little salt in the water. After the water starts to boil, we can put the pasta and let it boil depending on the cooking time indicated on the box.   Heat the oil in the pan, crush the garlic, put it in the pan to harden, and then add the shrimp.   Stir in the pan to make sure they cook evenly. Hello, my dears! This week on Wednesday's Recipe we will cook together Brownies! It's the first cake I've ever made in my life, so I discovered my passion for cooking. It is an extremely simple and delicious recipe! It is perfect to impress your guests, but also your loved ones. The good part is that the preparation time is very short. Here is the filmed recipe, and it is written below:       For a tray with a diameter of 28 cm.   We will need: A butter pack 4 egg whites 50 grams of cocoa 450 grams of sugar (I used coconut sugar) 600 grams of white wheat flour a sachet of baking powder a pinch of salt a teaspoon of vinegar 100 ml of water   Put the butter in a pot to melt. I feel the need to consume it a few times a week firstly because I love its taste and secondly because it is very healthy. After all, it's just vegetables, so what could be wrong?   Here is the recipe filmed and written below:     For 4.5 l of soup. We will need: 3.5 l of water 4 potatoes a quarter of an average celery a parsnip 3 carrots an onion a pepper salt pepper oil 330 ml of tomato juice 200 ml tomato sauce 450 ml of borscht greenery (parsley) optional: vegetable made by mother (canned vegetables) optional: noodles   First, we put the water in the pot and boil it.
