Christmas Biscuits/ ( the Easiest recipe) Christmas Edition

Hello dear ones,

I’m glad to see you again for a new recipe from the Christmas Edition. Today I reveal the simplest biscuit recipe. I’m ready quickly, and the whole process requires a lot of creativity and fun. They are extremely delicious, they melt in your mouth, but they are also crunchy, and the aroma of vanilla butter blends perfectly. I go for a drink with a cup of milk or tea. They are perfect for Santa. I say try them and if you like them, subscribe to my Youtube channel.

Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.

We will need:

For the dough:

  • 200 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 800 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

We will decorate them with:

  • Candies (Sprinkles)
  • White / dark chocolate
  • Royal Icing

Mix the butter with the sugar with the mixer until the sugar melts in the butter. (the butter must not be too cold, if you take it out of the fridge 5 times before it’s okay). Add the eggs, one at a time. Then add the flour little by little. Then we add the vanilla essence. The dough will be crumbly at first, but it will start to bind when it is kneaded by hand / Knead it a little more, and then section it, spread it and leave it to cool for 20 minutes. We make the molds and bake the biscuits for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.

After removing them from the oven, let them cool and decorate to taste.

See you at the next recipe!

Merry Christmas!

With love,

Cezara
