3 colors Humus and homemade Pita (Humus with Baked Pepper / Basil / Simple and Pita with only 2 ingredients)

Hello dears,   Glad to see you again in the new year at Wednesday's Recipe! As you voted, we will start the year with a recipe for something healthy and salty.   Today we will make Humus together. But in order not to seem too easy or boring, we decided to make hummus in 3 colors (with Roasted Pepper, Basil and Simple). In addition, I suggest you serve it with homemade Pita! An appetizer that will look pretentious, but which is very easy to make and on top of that is also healthy. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.       For Humus we will need: 400 grams of boiled chickpeas ( canned or you can boil them yourself) 3 teaspoons tahini paste (sesame paste) Fresh basil A Roasted Pepper (Red) Salt Pepper 6 cloves of garlic Granulated garlic 3 tablespoons oil   For Pita we need: A cup of flour 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt a pinch of salt a quarter teaspoon of baking powder   Making Humus is extremely simple! Put in the blender about 130 grams of chickpeas, 2 cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of tahini paste, salt, pepper and garlic granulated to taste and a tablespoon of oil. Mix everything until you get a creamy and fluffy paste. You can go to the quantities of garlic and tahini, that is, depending on the taste. The variant I presented to you is the one I like. For the hummus with roasted peppers we put exactly the same ingredients as the classic one, only we add...

Beef Salad (Salad du Boeuf) Christmas Edition

Hello dear friends, Happy to see you today with a recipe that can’t be missed on the Christmas table: Beef Salad!   If you've never done it before it's no problem, there's a start to it all! If you have made Boeuf salad before, I invite you to try this recipe that has the imprint of the Munteanu family.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   For two large trays and one small.   We will need: 8 medium potatoes 3 large carrots a large parsnip half a kg of chicken breast 5 pickles salt to taste For mayonnaise: 300 ml of oil 3 eggs (we will use only the yolks)   For decoration we will use red peppers pickled   * Peas are also put in the classic beef salad, but we never put them. If you like peas you can use it.   First, we will boil all the vegetables and meat. Put two eggs to boil (for mayonnaise). We boil them to be overhard. While the vegetables are boiling, we will cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.   After the eggs have boiled, remove the yolks, place them in a bowl. Add the raw egg yolk. (in total 3 yolks, 2 boiled and one raw). Grind the boiled egg yolks and mix them with the raw one. Put a little oil on top and start mixing with the mixer. Mix in one direction, otherwise you broke the mayonnaise! Optionally you can add a tablespoon of mustard over mayonnaise. Gradually pour the oil and mix. When we're done...

Christmas Tree Cones (Christmas Edition)

Hello dears,   I am so glad to see you at the Christmas Edition with an extremely delicious new recipe. Today we will make some Christmas Tree cones together! So beautiful that you don't feel like eating them, but when you taste them you can't stop until you devour them. A combination of flavors that will surely turn you on your back! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.       We will need: 150 g Dark chocolate 100 g Caramels 50 g Unsalted butter 50 g Peanut Butter Cereal Flakes (Chocapic) Garnish with powdered sugar   First, I will melt the chocolate candies. During this time, I will mix the butter with the peanut butter, but don't forget to stir in the chocolate from time to time. After the chocolate and caramel have melted and mixed, pour over the mixture in the bowl. Stir well, then let the composition cool until it hardens. After the composition has hardened, we shape it in the shape of a cone / fir tree, after which we put round the cereal flakes. At the end we decorate with powdered sugar and that's about it! They are extremely delicious!   If you like this recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel! Happy celebrations! Dearfully, Cezara ...
