Vegetarian Moussaka

We have just returned from Greece and we already miss it so much, so I come to you with this extremely delicious recipe! Vegetarian nutmeg, simply delicious! It is perfect if you have a party at home and you need something to impress your loved ones. We will get about 8-10 servings. I leave the filming here, and below I leave all the details. You need: 2 sweet potatoes 2 medium potatoes (4 small) 300 g cheese / mozzarella a red onion 3-4 cloves of garlic a bunch of parsley 400 g of wild mushrooms (you can use any kind of mushrooms) h alf a glass of red lentils 200 ml of dry / semi-dry red wine 300 ml of tomato sauce 150 g of broth salt pepper two teaspoons of cinnamon rosemary sweet paprika oil Rinse the lentils and boil them. Peel and slice the potatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. After the lentils have boiled, drain the water and set it aside. Chop the red onion and put it to harden. Season to taste with salt, pepper, rosemary and paprika. Chop the parsley and add it over the onion. Put 30 ml of water in the pan. Crush the garlic cloves and put them in the pan. Add the mushrooms and lentils, mix well. Put the wine, tomato sauce and broth in the pan and mix. We add the cinnamon and our filling is ready. Sponge Cake with Cherries

Sponge cake with cherries. The dessert of my childhood. What good cakes my grandmother made! Today we make this recipe together. I hope you enjoy!   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.   You need: 6 eggs 6 tablespoons sugar a pinch of salt 6 tablespoons flour baking powder (optional) 200 grams of pitted cherries   Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites together with the sugar. Put a pinch of salt over the yolks and rub them. Then pour them over the egg whites and incorporate, gradually add the flour. Bagels with only 3 ingredients ( Prepare Breakfast with Me)

Have you heard of the famous breads called Bagels? Today we do them together. They are extremely simple and have only 3 ingredients. It is the ideal recipe for the days when you feel like hot bread at home. Let's have breakfast together. Bagels with avocado and poached egg one of my favorite breakfasts. We get a dough that we divide into 4. We make the shape of bread. Grease with egg and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. (depending on taste). Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Mediteranean Frittata

Hello dear ones! This week I suggest you make a recipe that works perfectly for family breakfast or weekend brunch or as a snack whenever we are hungry. Let's prepare a Frittata, just as delicious both cold and hot. Sounds fancy, but know that it's very easy. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   You need: a red onion a red pepper 200 g cherry tomatoes 200g spinach 50 g calamta olives 6 eggs 200 g cheese (feta / mozzarella / salted cheese) / any kind of cheese you want salt pepper olive oil   Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan, sauté the onion, then add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. After the vegetables are done, season with salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add the olives and crush the cheese. Mix well and put the vegetable mixture in the pan. Vegetables Cream Soup (best recipe)

Because it is warm and beautiful outside and we have fresh and good vegetables, I suggest you make this vegetable cream soup together. I love it! I like that it is an extremely easy recipe and I prepare it every time I feel like soup. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.     We will need: a bell pepper 3 medium potatoes / 2 larger potatoes 2 carrots a parsnip a piece of celery an onion parsley for garnish 200 ml cooking cream salt pepper hot / sweet paprika oil bread for croutons   The first time we will clean and cut all the vegetables. Peel and chop the onion, put it in a frying pan with a little oil. Then add the vegetables. Let them harden a little. Add enough water to cover them. Let it boil for 30-40 minutes. After the vegetables have boiled, season to taste with salt, pepper and hot or sweet paprika. Mix well. Chop the vegetables with the vertical mixer. Add the cooking cream and mix well.
