The recipe my grandmother made me, the recipe my mother made and which always reminds me of the taste of childhood! Papanasi are so easy to make and extremely delicious! The best Mushroom Cream Soup! This recipe is so good that I had to share it with you! I warn you that it can be addictive! You will not stop after a bowl of soup, the 2nd will follow! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.     We will need: an onion 5 cloves of garlic 30 grams of butter 2 medium potatoes 500 g brown champignon 400 g wild mushrooms / But you can also use white or brown champignon I make mushroom combinations for more flavor salt pepper 50 g  parmesan 250 ml of cooking cream Chop the onion and garlic. In a pot, melt the butter and put the onion to harden, add the garlic. Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes. We put them in the pot and add enough water to cover them. Let them boil for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms. After the potatoes are cooked, add the mushrooms. Put enough water to cover them and let it boil for another 20-30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The best sandwich in the world! Guaranteed! If you have the impression that you don't like Broccoli, after trying this recipe you will love it! It makes you addicted! I love it! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. We will need: A few bunches of Broccoli A tablespoon of olive oil a pinch of salt a powder of red pepper garlic powder 30 grams of parmesan a tablespoon of butter bread 100 g of mozzarella It depends on how many sandwiches you want to make. (We put the quantities by eye, but from the ones mentioned above we will get about 2 sandwiches) Boil the Broccoli. After it boils, chop it. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan, put the broccoli in the pan. Season with salt, red pepper and garlic powder to taste.   Then put the grated Parmesan over the Broccoli and mix. We put the Broccoli in one part of the pan, in the empty half we put the butter and over two slices of bread. Add over the mozzarella, part of the Broccoli, more mozzarella and the other slice of bread on top. Turn the sandwich on the other side, leave until the Mozzarella melts and you're done! How glad I am to see you again at Wednesday's Recipe! This week we are making a recipe that will satisfy all the greedy. Who doesn't love crepes? Salty or sweet, I love them anyway! We will make salty crepes filled with everything for everyone, and in the middle, we will have a camembert cheese in which to soak all the wonders. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   For 15 pancakes we will need: 2 eggs 500 ml of milk 400 g of flour 250 ml of mineral water a pinch of salt   For the filling we will use: tomato sauce cheese mozzarella mushrooms maize spinach ham muscle chicken breast Everything you like! We'll also need a Camembert cheese.   Mix all the pancake ingredients in a bowl. Then we take a part of the composition and put it in the pan. After we have finished making the crepes, we put the camembert cheese in the oven in the tray in which we will put the crepes. We place it in the middle and leave it in the oven until we fill the crepes. We put fill the crepes everything we want. Remove the cheese tray from the oven. Arrange the crepes around the cheese and place the grated mozzarella between and on the crepes. Leave in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
