Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.   We will need: 250 grams of flour 300 ml of milk 3 tablespoons sugar (I used coconut sugar) a pinch of salt a baking powder 3 tablespoons oil 2 eggs 50 grams cocoa   For toppings Honey Fruits Nutella   In a larger bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt powder. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites. In another bowl, mix the yolks, then add the milk and oil. Combine the two mixtures (flour and milk, egg yolks and oil). Then add the egg white foam, mix lightly so as not to break the foam. Add the cocoa powder and the composition is ready. Heat the pan, take half full ladle   and make some small, fluffy pancakes. Pasta cacio e pepe (pasta with pepper and parmesan)

Because sometimes what is simpler is even tastier, this week I come to you with this absolutely delicious pasta recipe! I love pasta so much because you can never fail with it. I am convinced that everyone will love this recipe. I have to admit that I took over from Monica's social media account from the series Friends (Courteney Cox). I leave here the filmed recipe and below I give you all the details.     For 2 servings of pasta we will need: 125 g of pasta 75 g of parmesan peppercorns salt (to taste) pasta water (do not throw it away)   Bring the water to a boil, add salt and when it starts to boil add the pasta and let it boil according to the instructions on the package. (be careful not to overcook, no one likes overcooked pasta). Put the peppercorns in a pan. when it starts to crack we put it aside and grind it. Put the chopped Parmesan cheese in the same pan. Let it melt and add a little water from the pasta. Put the pasta in the pan, if you still need water for the sauce, add it to obtain the ideal texture. Powder with pepper to taste.
