Healthy Lava Cake

Who says you can’t eat something absolutely delicious and healthy? I promise you will fall in love with this dessert that has no refined sugar at all!

For periods when you want to give up processed sugar.

It is made extremely simple and has only good ingredients for you.

Dessert for breakfast or whenever you feel like it!

I leave here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.

 

For 2 servings you need:

  • a banana
  • a cup of oatmeal
  • 240 ml of cashew milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a tablespoon of cocoa
  • 4 pieces of sugar-free / dark chocolate (with as much cocoa as possible)

For decoration:

  • honey
  • fruits

 

Grind the oatmeal in a blender to obtain an oatmeal.

We put in the blender all the mentioned ingredients except the chocolate. We put the composition obtained in the lava cake dishes. Put chocolate on top. we cover it with a little composition.

Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

We decorate and enjoy!
