I love avocado! Besides being extremely healthy, it is also extremely delicious! Guacamole is suitable for breakfast, as a snack or for movie nights. This is my version of avocado salad. You need: For the dough: 200 g of flour 80 g of cold butter 6-8 tablespoons water / milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 tablespoon baking powder 1-2 tablespoons seed mix Filling: 250 g mushrooms 2 eggs mozzarella / cheese Parmesan   To grease: 1 egg and 1-2 tablespoons of milk   Method of preparation: Mix flour, baking powder, salt and seeds. Focaccia (the easiest recipe)

Freshly returned from Italy, I couldn't help but come to you with a specific recipe. Today we make together the easiest Focaccia recipe. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 4 cups flour 7 g of dry yeast olive oil salt to taste 2 cups of lukewarm water These are the ingredients for the dough. Over this we can add whatever toppings we want: I used olives, bell pepper, parsley, oregano. Mix the flour with the salt and yeast. Add lukewarm water and mix well. When we get the dough, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and incorporate them. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place and let rise for at least an hour (it should double your volume). Grease a pan with oil. We put it in the pan, grease it with oil and wait another 30 minutes. In the meantime we can prepare the toppings. When it is ready to bake, we decorate it as we like. We have just returned from Greece and we already miss it so much, so I come to you with this extremely delicious recipe! Vegetarian nutmeg, simply delicious! It is perfect if you have a party at home and you need something to impress your loved ones. We will get about 8-10 servings. I leave the filming here, and below I leave all the details. You need: 2 sweet potatoes 2 medium potatoes (4 small) 300 g cheese / mozzarella a red onion 3-4 cloves of garlic a bunch of parsley 400 g of wild mushrooms (you can use any kind of mushrooms) h alf a glass of red lentils 200 ml of dry / semi-dry red wine 300 ml of tomato sauce 150 g of broth salt pepper two teaspoons of cinnamon rosemary sweet paprika oil Rinse the lentils and boil them. Peel and slice the potatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. After the lentils have boiled, drain the water and set it aside. Rhodos, Greece

  Hello dear ones, I am glad to come to you this week with the experience I had in Rhodes. Was awesome! A place that I wholeheartedly recommend you visit. You have the vlog here, and below I leave you some details and photos.     Our trip was 7 nights, 8 days. I left Bucharest by plane. When we arrived at the airport, the gentleman from the agency where we had rented the car with a name plate was waiting for us. I paid for 8 days = 175 euros, and the gas for all the walks I did was 80 euros. This is the website where we rented the car. I highly recommend them, they were very nice, we rented a bigger car because we were 5 people and we had a lot of luggage. I did not need any deposit or advance. I paid when I got to the airport and that was it. Because our flight was in the evening, we decided to stay in Rhodes Town (which is a 20 minute drive from the airport) on the first night and set off on the 2nd day to the resort where we were staying - Kiotari (43 km) of Rhodos Town). We visited Old Town Rhodes both day and evening and it is simply charming: the Palace of the Grand Masters (entrance 8 euros), Knights Street, the alleys, the port, the place where the Colossus of Rhodes was, everything is absolutely gorgeous.
