  Hello my dear ones I'm really happy to see you again at "Wednesday's Recipe"! This week I have a surprise for you. I had a special guest in my kitchen. Ioana Ginghină, I am convinced that you all know her and that you read her posts on  http://ioanaginghina.ro/  Today we will make Raw Vegan Cake together. It sounds pretentious, but it is very easy to do and not expensive at all. It's sugar-free and flour-free, so it's super healthy and nutritious. It is a refreshing dessert, straight from the freezer. Here is the video with the recipe explained and with all the discussion I had with Ioana, and below you have the written recipe. Shrimp Pasta with white sauce

  Hello dear ones!   This week, on Wednesday's recipe, I suggest you make Pasta with Shrimp and white sauce. You already know how much I love pasta, until some time ago I was afraid to cook pasta with white sauce, I lived with the impression that it is something very complicated, until I discovered this extremely easy and delicious recipe!   Pasta ready in 10 minutes?!   Yes, it's possible.   Here is the recipe filmed and explained, and written below.         We will need:   250 grams of Tagliatelle 300 ml of Cooking Cream with 32% fat 100 ml of semi-dry white wine Salt pepper oil 250 grams Shrimp 4 cloves of garlic Parmesan.   First we boil the water, add a little salt in the water. After the water starts to boil, we can put the pasta and let it boil depending on the cooking time indicated on the box.   Heat the oil in the pan, crush the garlic, put it in the pan to harden, and then add the shrimp.   Stir in the pan to make sure they cook evenly. Hello, my dears! This week on Wednesday's Recipe we will cook together Brownies! It's the first cake I've ever made in my life, so I discovered my passion for cooking. It is an extremely simple and delicious recipe! It is perfect to impress your guests, but also your loved ones. The good part is that the preparation time is very short. Here is the filmed recipe, and it is written below:       For a tray with a diameter of 28 cm.   We will need: A butter pack 4 egg whites 50 grams of cocoa 450 grams of sugar (I used coconut sugar) 600 grams of white wheat flour a sachet of baking powder a pinch of salt a teaspoon of vinegar 100 ml of water   Put the butter in a pot to melt. I feel the need to consume it a few times a week firstly because I love its taste and secondly because it is very healthy. After all, it's just vegetables, so what could be wrong?   Here is the recipe filmed and written below:     For 4.5 l of soup. We will need: 3.5 l of water 4 potatoes a quarter of an average celery a parsnip 3 carrots an onion a pepper salt pepper oil 330 ml of tomato juice 200 ml tomato sauce 450 ml of borscht greenery (parsley) optional: vegetable made by mother (canned vegetables) optional: noodles   First, we put the water in the pot and boil it. French Toast

Hello my dears! This week at "Wednesday's Recipe" I suggest you to prepare together French Toast. French Toast is so easy to make and it is extremely delicious. I personally remember my childhood when I eat them. I loved to consume it with jam or „zacusca” or eggplant salad. Yes, they can be eaten with something sweet or something salty.   Here is the recipe filmed, and it is written below:       We will need: (For 4 slices of bread) 3 eggs 50 ml of milk a pinch of salt oil / butter 4 slices of bread     Toppings Cheese Jam Maple syrup / honey You can eat them with what you like best.   In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them well (as for an omelet). Then add the milk and a pinch of salt and mix. (if you want to eat them with just something sweet, you can add a vanilla essence).   Put the oil or butter in the pan, let it heat up.
