Tortilla Recipes (Pizza Bites and Triangles with Vegetables and Cheese)

Hello, dear ones! I'm glad to see you again this week at "Wednesday's Recipe!"   This time in the main role we have "Tortilla", I propose two extremely easy recipes with tortilla perfect for movie night! We will make together: Pizza Bites, they are ready in 15 minutes (it's the perfect option when you don't want to wait an hour for your pizza order) and Triangles with Vegetables and Cheese (for vegetarians like me).   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I write all the details.       For Pizza Bites we will need: 3 Tortillas 12 slices of cheese 12 cheese sticks grated cheese tomato sauce   Cut each Tortilla into 4. Then grease each triangle with tomato sauce, put a cheese stick, a slice of salami and wrap like a baby. We do this with all 12 pieces. We put them in a round tray to get the shape of Pizza. Put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees, until the cheese melts. Yummy. Then you can serve them! Yes, it's that easy!   For Vegetable and Cheese Triangles we will need: 3 tortillas 250 grams of mushrooms (fresh / canned ) a carrot a red pepper an onion   Season with: 2 tablespoons oil a tablespoon of paprika a teaspoon of cumin a teaspoon of granulated garlic salt pepper a tablespoon of lemon juice   We prepare the sauce for the marinade. Oat Meal/ Porrige ( Delicious Breakfast Idea)

Hello dear ones, I'm glad to see you again at "Wednesday's Recipe". This week I want to have a breakfast together that is extremely dear to me: Porrige . I ate this breakfast almost every day for 5 years, primarily because I love it, it is extremely delicious and secondly because it is prepared quickly (you can make it the night before) and it's super nutritious and keeps you full for a long time. I'm sure you've heard of the benefits of bran, but I'll give you more details in the video.   We will need: A glass of milk (the kind of milk you like, I used almonds) A glass of oat  (depending on what kind of texture you want to get, it's just like semolina or polenta) These two are the basic ingredients, then we start with what we like: Flax seeds Honey Bananas, strawberries (to decorate) A handful of nuts (I used Romanian nuts)   First. we put the milk in a pot on the fire, we add the bran and we mix until they start to swell, we put the flax or chia seeds and we keep mixing. We have to be patient until it starts to boil and swell. Then I'm ready! Apple Pie ( Granny’s Recipe)

Hello dear ones, Autumn is making its presence felt more and more, and we are enjoying its fruits. I am convinced that everyone now has fresh apples at home. I invite you to make an apple cake together. I learned this recipe from my grandmother. It is super delicious and I hope you enjoy it. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.     We need:   For each sheet of dough (We will make two)   9 tablespoons oil 9 tablespoons milk 9 tablespoons sugar Flour as much as it contains A teaspoon of baking powder A pinch of salt       For the filling 10-15 apples   A tablespoon of cinnamon a vanilla sugar   First, we will grate the apples. Then we put them in a strainer to leave their juice until we take care of the sheets. Then mix them with cinnamon and vanilla sugar and they are ready to spread on the dough.   For each sheet of dough we will use 9 tablespoons of milk, which we mix with 9 tablespoons of sugar, 9 tablespoons of oil, flour as it contains. Add a pinch of salt and baking powder.   After obtaining the hull, we spread it in the shape of the tray we have. Put the first sheet in the pan, add the apples evenly. Then we put the second sheet. Tortilla Omlette (Quick and easy breakfast)

Hello my dear ones,   I know school has started and we don't have as much time to cook in the morning, but we know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Thus, I propose you a super delicious and consistent Breakfast idea: Omelet with Tortilla. I guarantee everyone will love it! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.     For a portion we will use:   One tortilla Three eggs cheese Mushrooms (I used Champignon) Tomato sauce A pinch of salt A pinch of pepper The basis of this breakfast are eggs and tortillas, then with the toppings you can play to taste. Heat the oil in the pan, beat the eggs like an omelet, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Put the beaten eggs in the pan and let them cook for a minute. Meanwhile, grease a tortilla with tomato sauce and then put on top. We press it to stick to the eggs. After 2 minutes we turn it on the other side and put the toppings, I put cheese and Champignon mushrooms, but you can play with whatever you want (ham, cherry tomatoes or whatever you like and the tomato sauce on the Tortilla can be replaced with pesto). During this period, I love to have the smell of cinnamon in the house. So, this week, on Wednesday's recipe, I suggest you make together the famous Cinnamon Rolls.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below all the ingredients and written explanations:     We will need:   For the Dough   6 cups flour (about one kg of flour, 4 cups at the beginning, 2 cups at the kneader) 2 glasses of warm milk a sachet of active dry yeast half a cup of sugar 6 tablespoons melted butter   For the filling: 100 grams of butter (at room temperature) 2 tablespoons cinnamon 3/4 cup brown sugar       For the cream: 3 tablespoons cream cheese 3 tablespoons liquid cream a cup of powdered sugar a teaspoon of vanilla essence   The first time we deal with the dough.   Put warm milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
