Clafoutis with wild berries

Glad to see you again on a new recipe on Wednesday.

This week I suggest you to make something super delicious together, with aromatic fruits, with the scent of Sunday in the family.

We will make Clafoutis with berries, the original recipe is made with cherries, but today I chose this option, it originates in France and looks like a pudding.

It is made extremely fast and I promise you that everyone will love it.

You will need:

  • 300 g pitted berries / cherries (enough to cover the bottom of the tray)
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 g butter
  • 140 g flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 240 ml of milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar



First mix the dry ingredients. then incorporate the eggs one at a time. Add milk, melted butter and salt powder. Mix well. place the fruit on the bottom of the tray and pour over the composition.

Bake for 40-50 minutes at 160 degrees.

Powder with powdered sugar.
