We will make Clafoutis with berries, the original recipe is made with cherries, but today I chose this option, it originates in France and looks like a pudding. It is made extremely fast and I promise you that everyone will love it. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.     You will need: 300 g pitted berries / cherries (enough to cover the bottom of the tray) 4 eggs 40 g butter 140 g flour 90 g sugar 240 ml of milk a pinch of salt 2 tablespoons brown sugar     First mix the dry ingredients. then incorporate the eggs one at a time. Add milk, melted butter and salt powder. Mix well. place the fruit on the bottom of the tray and pour over the composition. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 160 degrees. Powder with powdered sugar. Chocolate and caramel cake with only 6 ingredients, no baking / Easy recipe

Hello dears, Today we celebrate a very important event in our family, my parents anniversary. on this occasion I decided to make them a very delicious cake and extremely easy to make. It has only 6 ingredients and does not require baking. Sounds good, doesn't it? I leave you here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   You need: 32 Oreo cookies (2 packs) 200 g butter 200g dark chocolate 200 g brown sugar a pinch of salt 200 ml liquid cream fruit for garnish   Melt the sugar in a bowl. We start mixing in it when it melts. Add the butter, whipped cream, and then the chocolate. We add salt according to taste, if we want to get a salted caramel. When all the ingredients are melted, in which we mix from time to time, we grind the oreo biscuits in Blender and then we put them on the bottom of the tray and we beat them. I mention that we need a tray with a removable ring. We pour the obtained mixture on top and that's what it was about! Leave to cool in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Galette with Chocolate and Strawberries

  Whether it's still strawberry season or there are always a few in the freezer, I suggest we make this tart together! Super delicious and very quick to prepare! If you want to surprise your loved ones with something good, this is the right recipe!             For two Galettes you need:   200 g flour 30 g cocoa 90 g cold butter 3 tablespoons cold water 200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen) 100 g raspberries (fresh or frozen) 30 g sugar 200 g chocolate (dark / milk) an egg for anointing a tablespoon of cornstarch if we use frozen fruit     Mix the flour with the cocoa, cold butter, water and a tablespoon of sugar. We get a dough that we leave cold for 30 minutes.   If we use frozen fruits, we mix them with cornstarch, but first we drain them well of the juice. We cut the chocolate into pieces. Remove the dough from the cold, cut it in half and give it a circular shape. Base on chocolate, add fruit. We bend the edges. Grease them with egg and sprinkle sugar on the edges and fruits.   Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish to taste and enjoy! Good appetite! Mini Pavlova with cream and fresh fruit (Birthday recipe, an extremely delicious dessert)

Today marks one year since I posted the first recipe on the Youtube channel. Because I want to celebrate with you, I prepared these extremely delicious Mini Pavlova. I sincerely hope you like the recipe and enjoy many years today before delicious recipes.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details:   For 6 servings you need: 110 g of egg white 220 g of powdered sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons vinegar (apple / wine) a drop of vanilla essence (optional) 300 g of cream with 30% fat 3 tablespoons powdered sugar (to sweeten the cream, but the amount may vary depending on taste) fruit for garnish   Whisk the egg whites, gradually adding the powdered sugar. After obtaining a glossy foam, add the vinegar, the corn starch and a drop of vanilla essence. After all the ingredients are well incorporated, we give a round shape, slightly flattened in the middle where the cream will come. Bake for 1h 30 at 110 degrees. Preheat the oven.
