We will make Clafoutis with berries, the original recipe is made with cherries, but today I chose this option, it originates in France and looks like a pudding. It is made extremely fast and I promise you that everyone will love it. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.     You will need: 300 g pitted berries / cherries (enough to cover the bottom of the tray) 4 eggs 40 g butter 140 g flour 90 g sugar 240 ml of milk a pinch of salt 2 tablespoons brown sugar     First mix the dry ingredients. then incorporate the eggs one at a time.
