Baked Oats (Cake for breakfast, sugar free& healthy)

For the mornings when you want to eat a cake for breakfast, but one that will provide you with nutrients and still be extremely delicious!

A sugar-free cake that is very easy to make.

For two servings you need:

  • half a cup of oatmeal
  • an egg
  • half a banana
  • an Apple
  • a tablespoon of peanut butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • a teaspoon of baking powder

We decorate with:

  • fruits
  • honey

Put the oatmeal in the blender until you get an oatmeal. then we add all the other ingredients and we are ready.

Pour the composition into molds and leave in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

So easy!

Decorate to taste and enjoy!
