Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.   You'll need: 200 g feta a tablespoon of cream cheese 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt a teaspoon of honey 3 cloves of garlic 200 g cherry tomatoes juice of 1/2 lemon 50 ml olive oil fresh mint leaves salt chilli flakes   Put the cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan. Mix well and put in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. We put in the blender feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, a teaspoon of honey, garlic cloves, lemon juice, mint leaves (we keep a few for decoration), 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Hello dears, Like every week, I'm waiting  you with a new recipe. The simplest and most delicious homemade Pesto Burrata Salad. It has only 3 ingredients, plus spices added for extra flavor. In addition, I will reveal a homemade Pesto recipe and its history. For this recipe I mention that you can make your own pesto at home, or if you don't have the time and mood, you can buy it. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.       For a salad you need: 250 g cherry tomatoes o burrata 3 tablespoons green pesto a tablespoon of olive oil a drop of balsamic vinegar red pepper (can also be black) salt (to taste) a basil leaf for decoration   For Pesto we need: 40 g of pine seeds 80 g of parmesan 2 handfuls of basil leaves 2 tablespoons olive oil 2-3 cloves of garlic Red pepper salt (if you still need it, parmesan is salted anyway)   Let's make the pesto first. Bake the pine nuts in the pan. In the blender we will crush all the Ingredients. First crush the garlic cloves, then the basil leaves, add the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and olive oil depending on the consistency we want. Put the red pepper and you're done. So easy! Shrimp Saganaki

We are still in the month of love, but at the same time we miss the holiday (at least for me). So, to alleviate the longing for the holidays, both me and my loved ones told me to prepare something with a taste of Greece, namely Saganaki Shrimp. An extremely delicious recipe that, as usual, is extremely easy to make. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 400 g peeled shelled shrimp 150 g feta cheese 500 ml of tomato sauce a generous spoonful of broth a red onion 4-5 cloves of garlic parsley fresh / dried basil salt pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil   Chop the red onion and fry it in olive oil. after the onion has started to soften, add the garlic to the pan, let it cook for 1-2 minutes and add the tomato sauce, which we season with salt, pepper and basil to taste. Add a tablespoon of broth and mix well, when our sauce starts to boil we put shrimp in the pan where we let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Then we put them in a tray to be baked. Hello dears, This week I come to you with an extraordinary pasta recipe. It is made extremely easy, it is absolutely delicious and it looks on the plate like a real dish made by a Master Chef. Pasta with ricotta and spinach in baked tomato sauce. Pasta seems to me an extremely romantic dish and if not during this period, when is it more appropriate to surprise your loved ones with something good to eat? I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.   You need: 500 g of pacheri / cannelloni pasta or any other type of pasta that can be filled 500 g Ricotta cheese 450 g frozen / fresh spinach 2 eggs 400 ml tomato sauce 40 g parmesan 4-5 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil salt pepper basil / oregano     We boil the pasta according to the instructions (they must be aldente). We peel and crush the garlic cloves and put them in the pan with the olive oil. We add the spinach into the pan and let it cook. We mix the Ricotta cheese with the beaten eggs and when the spinach is ready we put it over it. season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the tomato sauce in the tray to be baked and mix it with a little oregano or basil. When the pasta is cooked, we start filling them with the mixture obtained. Hello dear ones! This week I suggest we do Cremeschnitte together. I love puff pastry, and this dessert makes my taste buds dance, be happy, and wonder if they've gotten to heaven. We open this Month of love with this dessert and I advice you to surprise your loved one with it. It's extremely easy, you can't go wrong with it, so don't be afraid to try it.   I leave here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 2 sheets of puff pastry 60 g powdered sugar (with which we will garnish) 60 g cornstarch 150 g brown sugar 500 ml of milk a pinch of salt 50 g butter a drop of vanilla essence 200 ml liquid cream 2 eggs Put the puff pastry in the oven. Prick them with a fork first. the top sheet can be cut in advance to make portions of the cake. Let them cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees until the sheets turn golden. Mix the brown sugar with the cornstarch and salt. Add the eggs, one at a time. Incorporate milk and whipped cream. Put the obtained composition on the fire and mix for 10 minutes on low heat.
