Burrata Salad ( with Home Made Pesto, the most easy recipe and delicios salad)

Hello dears,

Like every week, I’m waiting  you with a new recipe. The simplest and most delicious homemade Pesto Burrata Salad. It has only 3 ingredients, plus spices added for extra flavor.

In addition, I will reveal a homemade Pesto recipe and its history.

For this recipe I mention that you can make your own pesto at home, or if you don’t have the time and mood, you can buy it.

Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.

For a salad you need:

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • o burrata
  • 3 tablespoons green pesto
  • a tablespoon of olive oil
  • a drop of balsamic vinegar
  • red pepper (can also be black)
  • salt (to taste)
  • a basil leaf for decoration

For Pesto we need:

  • 40 g of pine seeds
  • 80 g of parmesan
  • 2 handfuls of basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Red pepper
  • salt (if you still need it, parmesan is salted anyway)

Let’s make the pesto first.

Bake the pine nuts in the pan.

In the blender we will crush all the Ingredients.

First crush the garlic cloves, then the basil leaves, add the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and olive oil depending on the consistency we want. Put the red pepper and you’re done.

So easy! I guarantee you will love this Pesto made by you.

Put the cherry tomatoes in a pan, add 3 tablespoons of Pesto and mix well. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. (preheated oven).

After our tomatoes are done and the skin has cracked a little from the heat of the oven, we put them in a plate and start assembling the salad. We put the burrata that we cut in the middle and we embalm it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We add more pepper and a basil leaf and we are ready to enjoy it!

I can’t wait for you to tell me if you liked it!

Good appetite!
