Home Made Granola ( Healthy Breakfast Idea)

Hello dear, I am very happy to see you again for a new Recipe on Wednesday! As you know I started the challenge  21 days without sugar, so I come up with an extremely delicious and healthy Breakfast alternative and most importantly, Sweet! There are countless healthy sweet alternatives, this does not mean that it is not caloric, but it means that our body processes it differently. Today I suggest you make Granola together! I'm convinced that you know what it is and that you've seen those fancy granola bags in supermarkets. I tell you that it is extremely simple to make your granola at home and it is also very advantageous. Here is the link to the recipe, and below I give you all the details.     We will need: A cup of oatmeal 3 tablespoons coconut butter 3 tablespoons coconut flakes a drop of vanilla essence 120 ml of maple / honey syrup a handful of nuts   All we have to do is put everything in a bowl and mix well. Then put the composition in a pan and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and break into pieces. We store them in a casserole and eat them every time we feel like it. I recommend serving it with yogurt or milk. If you like the recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel! Oat Meal/ Porrige ( Delicious Breakfast Idea)

Hello dear ones, I'm glad to see you again at "Wednesday's Recipe". This week I want to have a breakfast together that is extremely dear to me: Porrige . I ate this breakfast almost every day for 5 years, primarily because I love it, it is extremely delicious and secondly because it is prepared quickly (you can make it the night before) and it's super nutritious and keeps you full for a long time. I'm sure you've heard of the benefits of bran, but I'll give you more details in the video.   We will need: A glass of milk (the kind of milk you like, I used almonds) A glass of oat  (depending on what kind of texture you want to get, it's just like semolina or polenta) These two are the basic ingredients, then we start with what we like: Flax seeds Honey Bananas, strawberries (to decorate) A handful of nuts (I used Romanian nuts)   First. we put the milk in a pot on the fire, we add the bran and we mix until they start to swell, we put the flax or chia seeds and we keep mixing. We have to be patient until it starts to boil and swell. Then I'm ready! We put them in a bowl, we put a teaspoon of honey after they have cooled, we decorate with what fruits we want to eat, we put a handful of nuts to make them more filling and that's about it!   Simple and extremely delicious! If you liked the recipe, I invite you to...

Tortilla Omlette (Quick and easy breakfast)

Hello my dear ones,   I know school has started and we don't have as much time to cook in the morning, but we know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Thus, I propose you a super delicious and consistent Breakfast idea: Omelet with Tortilla. I guarantee everyone will love it! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.     For a portion we will use:   One tortilla Three eggs cheese Mushrooms (I used Champignon) Tomato sauce A pinch of salt A pinch of pepper The basis of this breakfast are eggs and tortillas, then with the toppings you can play to taste. Heat the oil in the pan, beat the eggs like an omelet, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Put the beaten eggs in the pan and let them cook for a minute. Meanwhile, grease a tortilla with tomato sauce and then put on top. We press it to stick to the eggs. After 2 minutes we turn it on the other side and put the toppings, I put cheese and Champignon mushrooms, but you can play with whatever you want (ham, cherry tomatoes or whatever you like and the tomato sauce on the Tortilla can be replaced with pesto). After another two minutes, take the Tortilla from the pan, roll it while it is hot, cut it in half and enjoy it with tomato sauce.   So simple and delicious! Good appetite! With love, Cezara If you liked the recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel. See...

French Toast

Hello my dears! This week at "Wednesday's Recipe" I suggest you to prepare together French Toast. French Toast is so easy to make and it is extremely delicious. I personally remember my childhood when I eat them. I loved to consume it with jam or „zacusca” or eggplant salad. Yes, they can be eaten with something sweet or something salty.   Here is the recipe filmed, and it is written below:       We will need: (For 4 slices of bread) 3 eggs 50 ml of milk a pinch of salt oil / butter 4 slices of bread     Toppings Cheese Jam Maple syrup / honey You can eat them with what you like best.   In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them well (as for an omelet). Then add the milk and a pinch of salt and mix. (if you want to eat them with just something sweet, you can add a vanilla essence).   Put the oil or butter in the pan, let it heat up. Meanwhile, take a slice of bread and soak it in the composition. After it has soaked well, put the slice of toast in the pan. And we are careful to fry well on both sides. I don't put much oil in the pan, but if you use more oil, put a napkin on the plate on which you take the bread out of the pan to absorb it.   Next you play as you want with the toppings. After toasting two slices of bread, I like to put cheese and let it soften in the pan.   That would...

Shakshuka (Delicious Breakfast)

Hello my dears. Today I am going to share with you a recipe that I really like. Shakshuka, a traditional Israeli dish. It can be eaten for breakfast or lunch. An ideal food for days spent with loved ones. Here is the recipe filmed and written below:   We need: 5 eggs 2 onions Two carrots A red pepper A can of chickpeas 300 ml Tomato sauce 250 grams of cherry tomatoes / normal tomatoes Grated cheese Parsley Salt Pepper Two teaspoons of curry Two teaspoons of paprika (to taste) 100 ml of water   Chop the onion, cut the pepper into cubes and the carrot into strips. Heat the oil in the pan. Make sure you have a pan with a lid. Put the chopped onion in the pan and let it harden. After the onion has hardened, add the peppers and carrots to the pan. We put 100 ml of water, cover and let them do their job. Meanwhile, chop the diced tomatoes. Add them to the pan after the carrot and pepper have started to cook (softened). Add the 2 teaspoons of curry and the 2 teaspoons of paprika. Stir, then put the tomato sauce in the pan. Bring to the boil, then add the chickpeas. Let them boil, meanwhile chop the parsley that we will add at the end. When the sauce is ready, add the eggs to the pan. We make a hole in the sauce and put the egg. Then cover with a lid and let them cook for about 3-4 minutes, depending on how soft...
