Hello dear ones! This week I suggest we do Cremeschnitte together. I love puff pastry, and this dessert makes my taste buds dance, be happy, and wonder if they've gotten to heaven. We open this Month of love with this dessert and I advice you to surprise your loved one with it. It's extremely easy, you can't go wrong with it, so don't be afraid to try it.   I leave here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 2 sheets of puff pastry 60 g powdered sugar (with which we will garnish) 60 g cornstarch 150 g brown sugar 500 ml of milk a pinch of salt 50 g butter a drop of vanilla essence 200 ml liquid cream 2 eggs Put the puff pastry in the oven. Prick them with a fork first. the top sheet can be cut in advance to make portions of the cake. Let them cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees until the sheets turn golden. Mix the brown sugar with the cornstarch and salt. Add the eggs, one at a time. Incorporate milk and whipped cream. Put the obtained composition on the fire and mix for 10 minutes on low heat. Until it starts to thicken. Stir continuously. When the cream starts to thicken, take it off the heat and add the butter. Let the cream and sheets cool. Then we start assembling. I have to admit that this is my favorite recipe for refined sugar-free chocolates! Of all the tried and tested options, this one is the one that satisfies me! When I have a craving for sweets, but I want to avoid refined sugar, I make these truffles that taste like chocolate and are extremely delicious! They are ready extremely fast, they are vegan, and I love them! I hope you like it too! Pasta cacio e pepe (pasta with pepper and parmesan)

Because sometimes what is simpler is even tastier, this week I come to you with this absolutely delicious pasta recipe! I love pasta so much because you can never fail with it. I am convinced that everyone will love this recipe. I have to admit that I took over from Monica's social media account from the series Friends (Courteney Cox). I leave here the filmed recipe and below I give you all the details.     For 2 servings of pasta we will need: 125 g of pasta 75 g of parmesan peppercorns salt (to taste) pasta water (do not throw it away)   Bring the water to a boil, add salt and when it starts to boil add the pasta and let it boil according to the instructions on the package. (be careful not to overcook, no one likes overcooked pasta). Put the peppercorns in a pan. when it starts to crack we put it aside and grind it. Put the chopped Parmesan cheese in the same pan. Tomato cream soup

Hello, dear ones! Because it is the season of ripe, sweet, juicy tomatoes, freshly picked from the garden, I come to you with an absolutely delicious recipe! Baked tomato cream soup. I love tomatoes, they are the food I could not live without, I eat them daily, at any meal, and during this period I am in the 9th heaven because they are the tastiest! You need: 4 medium tomatoes a capsicum pepper an onion a few cloves of garlic salt pepper olive oil fresh basil 100 ml cooking cream / coconut milk (or you can consume it simple) garnish with a teaspoon of pesto and fresh basil   I recommend serving it with a cheese / cheese sandwich. For this we need: bread (I used wand) a cube of butter cheese / mozzarella   We take these wonderful vegetables, wash them well, peel the onion, cut it into 4 and throw it in the pan.
