this time I invite you to try this absolutely adorable cookie recipe.

Cocoa crackers. They are extremely easy to make, super super delicious and I’m sure they won’t last long on the holiday table.

For 35 cookies

You need:

  • 240 g of flour
  • 350 g of sugar
  • 120 g of cocoa
  • 180 ml of oil
  • a splash of vanilla essence
  • a pinch of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs at room temperature
  • 100 g of powdered sugar

 

First we mix the flour well with the baking powder and salt. We leave them aside.

Then mix the oil with the sugar in another bowl. Using the mixer, we incorporate the 4 eggs at room temperature, then we incorporate the cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Then we add the flour.

When the composition is ready, let it cool for 2 hours so that we can mold it.

With a spoon we take a small amount of the composition and form a ball. So that the dough does not stick to our hands, I advise you to grease your hands with a little oil and butter.

Dust each ball with powdered sugar.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Then we put the biscuits in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
