Shrimp Saganaki

We are still in the month of love, but at the same time we miss the holiday (at least for me). So, to alleviate the longing for the holidays, both me and my loved ones told me to prepare something with a taste of Greece, namely Saganaki Shrimp. An extremely delicious recipe that, as usual, is extremely easy to make. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 400 g peeled shelled shrimp 150 g feta cheese 500 ml of tomato sauce a generous spoonful of broth a red onion 4-5 cloves of garlic parsley fresh / dried basil salt pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil   Chop the red onion and fry it in olive oil. after the onion has started to soften, add the garlic to the pan, let it cook for 1-2 minutes and add the tomato sauce, which we season with salt, pepper and basil to taste. Add a tablespoon of broth and mix well, when our sauce starts to boil we put shrimp in the pan where we let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Then we put them in a tray to be baked. Cover with feta cheese and bake for 1-15 minutes at 200 degrees (preheated oven). At the end, decorate with parsley and enjoy! Good appetite! Good appetite! Hello dears, This week I come to you with an idea of a romantic dinner or lunch that is extremely easy to prepare (ready in 20 minutes), it is super delicious and in addition to all this it is also healthy. I say that now more than ever is the right time to try new experiences and impress your half. Let's make glazed salmon together with pea puree. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   You need: For salmon: 300 g salmon / for 2 servings (150 g per serving) a tablespoon of melted butter a teaspoon of honey 2 cloves of garlic a few mint leaves (fresh or dried) a few slices of lemon Basil (for garnish at the end) 150 g cherry tomatoes salt pepper For pea puree: 350 g frozen peas 25 g butter 200 ml milk salt pepper   First, boil the peas for 15-20 minutes. Hello dear ones! This week I suggest we do Cremeschnitte together. I love puff pastry, and this dessert makes my taste buds dance, be happy, and wonder if they've gotten to heaven. We open this Month of love with this dessert and I advice you to surprise your loved one with it. It's extremely easy, you can't go wrong with it, so don't be afraid to try it.   I leave here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 2 sheets of puff pastry 60 g powdered sugar (with which we will garnish) 60 g cornstarch 150 g brown sugar 500 ml of milk a pinch of salt 50 g butter a drop of vanilla essence 200 ml liquid cream 2 eggs Put the puff pastry in the oven. Prick them with a fork first. the top sheet can be cut in advance to make portions of the cake. Let them cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees until the sheets turn golden. Mix the brown sugar with the cornstarch and salt. Add the eggs, one at a time. Incorporate milk and whipped cream. Put the obtained composition on the fire and mix for 10 minutes on low heat. I guarantee you that it is absolutely delicious, it is extremely easy to prepare and it is a great option for those who do not want to eat meat, fast, want to include more vegetables in their diet or simply want to try something else. This recipe is a vegan one, full of good ingredients for your body. I guarantee you won't regret it if you try it. Green Shakshuka

You will fall in love with this recipe. For lovers of green on the plate is the ideal dish. Healthy, delicious, it prepares quickly, it already sounds too good doesn't it? Let's see how we make this Green Shakshuka. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.     You need: 2 green onions a zucchini a green bell pepper a lawyer 200 g spinach 4 eggs Cayenne pepper olive oil parsley / coriander Cumin(for Arabic influences) / Green Pesto (2 tablespoons) - I chose to put Pesto.   If you have other green vegetables that you want to add, you can do it lightly. (eg leurd or dill) Chop the green onion and put it to harden. Chop the pepper and add it to the pan. Grate the zucchini, put it on top. Add the spinach, cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook (about 5 minutes). When the vegetables are ready, add the green pesto, salt and pepper. After mixing well, make a small hole between the vegetables and put an egg. We cover and let it cook depending on how hard / soft you want to serve them.
