The best Tomato Bruschetta recipe.

Hello dears, Glad to see you again on Wednesday's new recipe. This week I come to you with the best tomato bruschetta recipe. You will fall in love with them. Here are all the secrets to making the most delicious in the world. You know I love tomatoes, I love Italy, so this is one of my favorite recipes. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.     You need: a loaf of bread (I used ciabatta) 300 g colored cherry tomatoes olive oil salt pepper fresh basil a head of garlic balsamic vinegar icing (I made it myself, I mixed a teaspoon of honey with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar)   First we cut the edge of the garlic head, grease it with olive oil, salt and pepper and put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. I advise you to take this step in advance so that you do not wait for the garlic. After removing it from the oven, we will have a garlic paste, sweet and extremely delicious. Cut the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and olive oil and set aside. Grease each slice of bread with olive oil and fry it in a pan. (do not add anything to the pan). We cut the basil. When we have everything we need to prepare, we start assembling the bruschettas. Grease each slice with garlic paste, add the tomatoes, a little fresh basil and a drop of balsamic vinegar glaze. We serve them fresh! Good appetite! I sincerely hope you like the recipe! Don't forget to...

Savory Cake / Appetizer Check (Christmas Recipes / Festive Meals)

This savory cake can't be missed on the holiday table. It is extremely delicious and very easy to make. You can make it to everyone's taste, that's why it's so wonderful. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.   You need: 250 g flour 200 g Greek yogurt 60 g butter / 60 ml oil 2 eggs a sachet of baking powder 200 g cheddar cheese (or other hard cheese) a green onion a capsicum pepper 200 g spinach salt pepper   In this recipe you can intervene in the ingredients, if you want to replace a vegetable with something else that you like more, you have all the freedom or if you want to add meat (ham) you are free to do it.   We mix the dry ingredients first, then the wet ones. Incorporate the two mixtures after which we cut the vegetables, grate the cheese and add them to the composition. Put everything in a pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees (preheated oven). It can be served hot or cold. If you want it cold, it is best to leave it aside to cool so that it does not fall apart. Good appetite! If you like this recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel. Don't forget to share the recipe with your friends. Of course, follow the other recipes in the Christmas Edition. Merry Christmas! With love, Cezara  ...

3 colors Humus and homemade Pita (Humus with Baked Pepper / Basil / Simple and Pita with only 2 ingredients)

Hello dears,   Glad to see you again in the new year at Wednesday's Recipe! As you voted, we will start the year with a recipe for something healthy and salty.   Today we will make Humus together. But in order not to seem too easy or boring, we decided to make hummus in 3 colors (with Roasted Pepper, Basil and Simple). In addition, I suggest you serve it with homemade Pita! An appetizer that will look pretentious, but which is very easy to make and on top of that is also healthy. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.       For Humus we will need: 400 grams of boiled chickpeas ( canned or you can boil them yourself) 3 teaspoons tahini paste (sesame paste) Fresh basil A Roasted Pepper (Red) Salt Pepper 6 cloves of garlic Granulated garlic 3 tablespoons oil   For Pita we need: A cup of flour 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt a pinch of salt a quarter teaspoon of baking powder   Making Humus is extremely simple! Put in the blender about 130 grams of chickpeas, 2 cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of tahini paste, salt, pepper and garlic granulated to taste and a tablespoon of oil. Mix everything until you get a creamy and fluffy paste. You can go to the quantities of garlic and tahini, that is, depending on the taste. The variant I presented to you is the one I like. For the hummus with roasted peppers we put exactly the same ingredients as the classic one, only we add...

Baked Zucchini and Pasta with Ricotta and Dried Tomatoes (two recipes with Ricotta, extremely simple)

Hello dear ones,   I'm glad to see you again at "Wednesday's Recipe". This week I propose two extremely simple recipes based on Ricotta. Imagine, it's Friday night, you came tired from work, but you want to enjoy the presence of the friends you invited to dinner. I propose two recipes that are ready in 30 minutes (a hot appetizer and main course) with which you will impress all the guests. Another Recipe with Satisfaction Guaranteed. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.     For 9 packages of baked stuffed zucchini we need: A zucchini 100 grams of Ricotta 30 grams of parmesan a handful of nuts salt pepper   For the sauce: Fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons olive oil   We mix in a bowl the Ricotta, the Parmesan cheese (we keep a little more of it to sprinkle on top before putting them in the oven), the walnuts that we break into pieces, the salt and the pepper. Set the mixture aside.   We take the zucchini, after we have washed it well, make strips of it with the help of the potato cleaner.   Then place 4 strips of zucchini on top of each other (you have in the video exactly how it should be done), put a teaspoon of filling in the middle and wrap like babies. We do this until we finish the strips. Put the packages obtained in a tray, put a little Parmesan on top and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. We prepare the sauce. We put the basil and olive oil...
