Snowflake puff pastry with Camembert cheese (Christmas recipe)

An extremely delicious and easy to make recipe that should not be missing from the Christmas table.

A snowflake from puff pastry sheets that in combination with camembert cheese, pesto and mozzarella will surely conquer all your loved ones.

You need:

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • camembert cheese (250 g)
  • a jar of pesto
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 50 g parmesan
  • an egg for to brush the pastry

We cut the puff pastry sheets into a round shape. We put the cheese in the middle. Grease the dough with pesto and place the grated mozzarella on top.

Add the 2nd puff pastry sheet. We cut the rays of the flake and twist them.

Grease with egg and powder with Parmesan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees, until you get a golden crust.
