Hello dears, I'm so glad to see you again for a new recipe on Wednesday. We have already started to make our holiday plans and of course we will arrive in Greece this summer as well, because it seems to me not to be missed. I adore it, it's too wonderful! If we are talking about Greece and are greedy for Greek food, you can already find the recipe for saganaki shrimp on the YouTube channel, so let's make a whipped feta with baked tomatoes! It's a combination that will surely turn your back on you! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.   You'll need: 200 g feta a tablespoon of cream cheese 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt a teaspoon of honey 3 cloves of garlic 200 g cherry tomatoes juice of 1/2 lemon 50 ml olive oil fresh mint leaves salt chilli flakes   Put the cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan. Mix well and put in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. We put in the blender feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, a teaspoon of honey, garlic cloves, lemon juice, mint leaves (we keep a few for decoration), 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend everything well and get a delicious cream that we put on the plate and decorate with olive oil, mint leaves and ripe tomatoes. Enjoy with pita, bread or whatever you want! Good appetite! Tomato cream soup

Hello, dear ones! Because it is the season of ripe, sweet, juicy tomatoes, freshly picked from the garden, I come to you with an absolutely delicious recipe! Baked tomato cream soup. I love tomatoes, they are the food I could not live without, I eat them daily, at any meal, and during this period I am in the 9th heaven because they are the tastiest! I leave here the link with the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details. You need: 4 medium tomatoes a capsicum pepper an onion a few cloves of garlic salt pepper olive oil fresh basil 100 ml cooking cream / coconut milk (or you can consume it simple) garnish with a teaspoon of pesto and fresh basil   I recommend serving it with a cheese / cheese sandwich. For this we need: bread (I used wand) a cube of butter cheese / mozzarella   We take these wonderful vegetables, wash them well, peel the onion, cut it into 4 and throw it in the pan. Put the tomatoes, peppers and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste, massage them with olive oil and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. the oven should be preheated. When they are ready, we take out the skin of the peppers, I kept it for the tomatoes and we put everything in the blender. we put the cooking cream / coconut milk and if you want it more fluid you can add vegetables stock (but I tell you it's wonderful). We decorate it to taste...
