We have already started to make our holiday plans and of course we will arrive in Greece this summer as well, because it seems to me not to be missed. I adore it, it's too wonderful! If we are talking about Greece and are greedy for Greek food, you can already find the recipe for saganaki shrimp on the YouTube channel, so let's make a whipped feta with baked tomatoes! It's a combination that will surely turn your back on you! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.   You'll need: 200 g feta a tablespoon of cream cheese 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt a teaspoon of honey 3 cloves of garlic 200 g cherry tomatoes juice of 1/2 lemon 50 ml olive oil fresh mint leaves salt chilli flakes   Put the cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan. We put in the blender feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, a teaspoon of honey, garlic cloves, lemon juice, mint leaves (we keep a few for decoration), 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Focaccia (the easiest recipe)

Freshly returned from Italy, I couldn't help but come to you with a specific recipe. Today we make together the easiest Focaccia recipe. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. You need: 4 cups flour 7 g of dry yeast olive oil salt to taste 2 cups of lukewarm water These are the ingredients for the dough. Over this we can add whatever toppings we want: I used olives, bell pepper, parsley, oregano. Mix the flour with the salt and yeast. Add lukewarm water and mix well. When we get the dough, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and incorporate them. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place and let rise for at least an hour (it should double your volume). Grease a pan with oil. We put it in the pan, grease it with oil and wait another 30 minutes. In the meantime we can prepare the toppings. When it is ready to bake, we decorate it as we like. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Preheat the oven. Good appetite! If you like the recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel! Ricotta balls served in Tomato sauce with Garlic Bread

Hello! Here is another wonderful recipe that brings us together! I know that the long title takes longer to read than to make the recipe. We have prepared something extremely delicious for you! I discovered these Ricotta balls and I said that I must share them with you.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details. We will need: 250 g of ricotta 30 g of parmesan 60 g of breadcrumbs a pinch of salt a pepper powder a few fresh basil leaves an egg a tablespoon of olive oil 5 cloves of garlic 300 ml tomato sauce a wand 30 g of butter garlic powder 3 cloves of garlic   In a bowl mix: ricotta, parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chopped basil leaves. Form the balls and set them aside.   Put the olive oil in a pan and toss the garlic cloves. Put the tomato sauce over and then add the balls. Let them cook for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side. The balls absorb from the tomato sauce, we can add more along the way if we want. In the meantime, we're cutting the bread. Mix the butter with the garlic powder, salt, pepper. Rub the bread with garlic and grease with butter. Bake for 10 minutes. Garnish with basil and place next to the balls. So simple and extremely delicious! If you like the recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel! Good appetite! With love, Cezara ...
