I love tomatoes, they are the food I could not live without, I eat them daily, at any meal, and during this period I am in the 9th heaven because they are the tastiest! You need: 4 medium tomatoes a capsicum pepper an onion a few cloves of garlic salt pepper olive oil fresh basil 100 ml cooking cream / coconut milk (or you can consume it simple) garnish with a teaspoon of pesto and fresh basil   I recommend serving it with a cheese / cheese sandwich.
