Raw vegan Chocolate Truffles

I have to admit that this is my favorite recipe for refined sugar-free chocolates!

Of all the tried and tested options, this one is the one that satisfies me!

When I have a craving for sweets, but I want to avoid refined sugar, I make these truffles that taste like chocolate and are extremely delicious!

They are ready extremely fast, they are vegan, and I love them! I hope you like it too!

I leave here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details:

 

You need:

  • 100 g cashews
  • 15 dates
  • 60 g cocoa
  • 30 g melted coconut butter
  • 30 g peanut butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • a drop of vanilla essence
  • coconut flakes (optional for rolling the truffles)

 

Put the cashew in a blender and chop it, and then transfer to a bowl.

We remove the seeds from the dates and chop them as well. Add them to the bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Then we form some balls that we give through cocoa powder or coconut flakes.

Let them cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Simple, healthy and delicious!
