Vegetarian Moussaka

Peel and slice the potatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. After the lentils have boiled, drain the water and set it aside. Chop the red onion and put it to harden. Season to taste with salt, pepper, rosemary and paprika. Chop the parsley and add it over the onion. Put 30 ml of water in the pan.
