Mozzarella buns in the shape of a log (Christmas recipe, Festive recipe)

Hello dears, I propose that we make together a recipe for mozzarella buns spread with a butter and garlic sauce that are arranged in the shape of a Christmas log. They are extremely delicious and I am convinced that you will surprise your loved ones with warm, extremely delicious bread that will look beautiful on the holiday table. A super easy and delicious recipe. I leave the filmed recipe here, and below I give you all the details.     You need: 315 g of flour 210 ml warm milk a teaspoon of salt 2 spoons of sugar 5 g of dry yeast 100 g of butter 3-4 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of oregano 100 g of mozzarella 50 g of parmesan 200 ml of tomato sauce an egg for greasing the dough greens to decorate   First we put the yeast over the warm milk with a spoonful of sugar, mix and leave for 10 minutes to activate the yeast. Mix the rest of the sugar with the flour and salt. After the yeast activates, we pour the mixture over the flour and homogenize. We get the dough in which we incorporate 4 tablespoons of butter at room temperature. When the dough is ready (if we press it with a finger, it returns to its original shape), we put it in a bowl greased with oil and let it rise for at least an hour in a warm place (until it doubles in volume). After the dough has risen, form 16 balls of 40 g each. Then we put a piece of...

Best Homemade Pizza

Pizza is always a good idea, I think it's even better when you make it with your hand. I really like this recipe because you don't have to wait long for the dough to rise. It should be left to rise for at least 30 minutes, when you are hungry it is ideal not to wait too long for it to grow. For weekend evenings when you want to spend time with friends, or watch a good movie or just want a pizza, I leave here the recipe I use. Here you have the recipe filmed, and it is written below.   For the dough we need:   500 grams of Flour 325 milliliters of lukewarm water 3 grams of salt 7 grams of Fresh or Dry Yeast a teaspoon of sugar a teaspoon of olive oil   You will also need:   Tomato sauce A teaspoon of olive oil Salt pepper Mozzarella And your favorite pizza toppings (we made one with pepperoni and another with tuna)   First, we take care of the dough.   Put the flour in a bowl, add salt and mix. Then make a hole in the middle of the bowl with flour and add the yeast (if it is fresh yeast, grind it). Then add the sugar over the yeast and mix. Take warm water and pour a little over the yeast to melt. Mix lightly in the center of the bowl where the yeast is, then cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.   After 15 minutes, when the yeast has activated, we start mixing the yeast in the center with the flour from the...

When in Rome

When I think about Rome my heart fills with joy. I love Italy! Pasta, pizza, ice cream, sea food, spaghetti, bruschetta, fresh salads and many more, so that it all sounds great! I am a gourmet. Besides loving to travel I also love food and Italy is exactly on my taste. That’s why I love to plan a trip from time to time in this beautiful country. Roma is a city full of history. When you walk around the streets you can imagine what our ancients did, even more, you can see a lot of what they’ve achieved. Roma is like an open space museum. A virgin space, where the technology did not yet destroyed the surroundings. It is a good place to escape without being surrounded by big boring buildings. In Rome it`s nice to go in any period of the year. In the winter it is not very cold and less crowded and in the summer it is full of tourist, pretty hot, but you find a lot of amazing places to relax and stay cool. I enjoy going in the summer time because I love the hot weather. In this city if you are just walking on the streets you’ll find everywhere things that delight you. However, I’ll try to put in order what we saw and liked and remains forever in our hearts.   The Colosseum is  one of the seven wonders of the world. It is on the top on our must see list! It was the biggest building of...
